It is important to remember that you are growing yourself when you sign up new distributors. You have a responsibility to help your Downline get started correctly because ultimately, it affects your business! Here are some things you can do to truly get them started correctly:
1. Set Proper Expectations – Make sure they know how to introduce you to others on conference calls and at shows or events. Let them know when you are and are not available for contact with questions and concerns. You don’t want them to feel like you are not there for them, so plan out specific times for phone calls or meetings. They will have a lot of questions and will need guidance when they first enter the business, so it is important to make them feel comfortable and welcome.
2. Get to Know Them - Be sure to build a relationship deeper than just signing them up and sending them on their way. Find out why they are becoming a distributor and make sure they know why you are a distributor. Also, share your stories and testimonials to encourage excitement and motivation for them to collect their own.
3. Assign Small Tasks - Anytime you get a new person to come on board, assign them simple tasks to keep them engaged. Have them watch videos in the Bionic Library, listen to a chapter of the Making the Shift CD, make a list of people to introduce the BionicFamily of Products to, and so on. Once you find out how they respond to these tasks, it gives you an opportunity to see who will be your ambitious, go-getters and who to spend the majority of your time with.

The holiday season is upon us, which means right now is the time to make sure your contact list is up-to-date so you can send your customers holiday email campaigns. The easiest way is to do this is to first organize your contacts in a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet and then import the prospects to your Front Office:
1. In an Excel spreadsheet, highlight the fields that you want to import. (First Name, Last Name, Email Address)
2. Once you have highlighted the fields, right click with your mouse. A window will open up - click "copy"
3. In Prospect Generator, go into "Tools", and then into "Import Prospects".
4. In the white box, right click your mouse. A new window will open. Click "Paste".
5. Your data will now be in the white box. Now Click on "Analyze Data”.
6. Match up the columns to the correct fields. Example: Column # 1 = First Name, Column #2 = Last Name, Column #3 = Email address.
7. If you want these imported prospects to go into the same Category, choose which Category from the drop down menu. Remember, if a category has emails in it, the prospects will automatically be sent the first email. If you are unsure, just select “None”
8. Click the "Import Data" button and you will see all your contacts in the “Prospects” tab.
Your prospects have been added. If you did not choose to import these prospects into a Category, you can now manually move each lead into the appropriate Category.
